If you know the number of products in your file, there's a workaround - you can set up a few import tasks 3000 products at a time, indicating the number of items to start with on the import configuration steps. You can upgrade Store Manager from Standard to PRO or EE edition here
Of all the modules I invested into, I must admit Store Manager is by far the most time efficient I ever found. Mostly because of the import process, which allows me to modify all I want on Excel and easily update it directly on the website.
