Import Amazon Orders to Magento with Store Manager
Magento order management is important, since store owner needs to keep all the sales data accurately arranged. Especially, when it comes to having an e-store integrated with different sales channels, for instance, Amazon marketplace. Then, there appears a necessity to search for a solution, that would allow merchant to get orders list form this platform and combine it with the existing ones in the store to keep them all in one place. Such tool would highly simplify website administration, wouldn’t it?
Amazon Integration, built in Store Manager gives e-merchant the possibility to import Amazon orders to Magento like a flash with no efforts.
How To Import Amazon Orders To Magento Store
First of all, when you launch Amazon addon via Tools tab in Store Manager, you will see the initial window offering you to login your Amazon account. Detailed instruction on how to sign in can be found here

After you successfully login, you will see the enabled options that can be performed within Amazon Integration addon. Start orders import via the corresponding option.

Next, once you hit the needed button, you will see the import window divided into several parts, namely Import Options, Payment Method Mapping, and Logs.

Import Options section requires specifying the following settings for your Amazon orders upload:
- Import Orders - select the period of time or number of last days, sales have been created or modified for.
- Order Status - indicate the order status that exists at your Magento store and will be assigned to the uploaded sales.
- Shipping Method - assign the method, configured at your website to the orders before the upload.
- Payment Method - map the marketplace methods to the corresponding ones at your Magento store.


Note*
Only orders that have “Shipped” status on Amazon marketplace can be imported to your Magento e-store.

That’s it! Once all the settings are configured - you can hit the “Import” option below.
You can check how the import process goes via the progress bar.

After the process is finished, you will receive the confirmation message with the specified quantity of imported sales.

Amazon Integration addon also offers to make the orders import process automated by scheduling the task.

Configure the task settings: name and configuration, e-mail settings, specify the time it has to be run and how many times it has to be repeated.

Logs section allows checking the detailed status of the procedures, delete separate operation or clear all of them.

You can check the results of the process in Store Manager in Orders section with the indicated Amazon Order ID.
